Join us for an unforgettable loop through magnificent redwood groves, along a shaded creek and up to a scenic overlook, through a canyon, to the finish in a sunny meadow. Our slightly altered course this year includes a single track portion through giant trees. Sorry, no dogs allowed.

This year, our Misty Redwood Run happens on a special day. September 17 marks the eighth anniversary of the day in 1998 that forest activist David Gypsy Chain was tragically killed while defending and ancient redwoods. We will mark that day and honor Gypsy by walking to a tree that was planted in his memory in Redwood Park after the Run. If you want to join us for that walk but not the run, you can show up at 11 am.
